Get your listing taken down
Because the board has no accounts, anyone can add any website — including yours, without asking you. If a listing for your site exists and you want it changed or removed, email us from an address at that domain and we will take care of it. You do not need to explain yourself.
Report something on the board
For malware, scams, adult content or anything illegal, the fastest route is the Report button on the listing itself — it goes straight into the moderation queue with the listing attached. Email works too if the listing is already gone or you would rather not use the form.
Refunds and payment problems
Email us with the payment reference from your confirmation page. See the refund policy for what we can and cannot do.
Privacy requests
Requests for access to or deletion of your data go to the same address. See the privacy policy, which is specific about the two things we genuinely cannot do.
How long we take
We aim to answer within three working days. Reports of malware or illegal content are looked at ahead of everything else.
