Terms of use
What you agree to by using the board.
1. Who we are
Bestclick.lol is run by @IamRealManish on X, reachable at contact@bestclick.lol. Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
2. What the service is
Bestclick.lol is a public leaderboard of software products, ordered by how much has been paid to promote each one. Paying moves a product up the board. That is the entire service. We are not a review site, we do not endorse anything listed, and a high position means only that money was spent — never that we have checked, tested or approved the product.
3. No accounts, and what follows from that
The board is open. There are no accounts, and we cannot verify that the person promoting a website owns it. If a listing for your site was created by someone else and you want it changed or taken down, write to contact@bestclick.lol and we will deal with it.
4. Ranking
Products are ordered by total amount promoted, highest first. Equal totals are ordered by whoever reached that total first. Promotions add to a product's total, and totals do not expire or reset.
Nothing about a position is guaranteed or reserved. Anyone may promote past you at any time, and we do not promise that any position lasts for any length of time, that your listing will receive any particular number of clicks or visitors, or that any traffic will convert into anything. You are buying a position on a board, not an outcome.
5. Editing listings
A listing's name, description and logo can be corrected by anyone who promotes it. Changes take effect when that promotion is paid for, never before, and every change is recorded with the previous value so that it can be reverted. We may revert or moderate any edit.
6. What is not allowed
You may not list, promote or link to:
- malware, phishing, or anything designed to compromise a visitor;
- scams, fraudulent offers, or deliberately misleading claims;
- adult or sexually explicit material;
- anything illegal in India, or content that infringes someone else's rights;
- a site you have no right to represent, where the owner objects;
- content designed to harass, defame or impersonate a person or company.
You also may not attempt to inflate click counts artificially, interfere with the ranking by any means other than paying for promotions, or attempt to disrupt the service.
7. Moderation
Anyone can report a listing. A report does not remove or pause anything by itself — that would let a report be used as a weapon against a competitor — it queues the listing for review by a person.
We may pause a listing while we look into it, and we may remove one that breaches these terms. A paused or removed listing leaves the board, stops receiving clicks, and cannot be promoted further. We will act on genuine reports as quickly as we reasonably can, and we aim to tell a listing's contact what happened where we have one.
8. Payment
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, who act as merchant of record. Their terms apply to the payment itself. Promotions are charged in USD, tax included rather than added at the end. A promotion is applied to the board only when the payment is confirmed — a completed checkout screen is not confirmation on its own.

9. Liability
The service is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the board, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the board after a change means accepting it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of India, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
